sobre os tipos de cr\u00e9dito dispon\u00edveis para viabilizar a constru\u00e7\u00e3o dos im\u00f3veis dos clientes e as incorpora\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>O workshop representou mais uma edi\u00e7\u00e3o do evento &#8220;Qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos Corretores&#8221;, realizado todas as ter\u00e7as-feiras no audit\u00f3rio do CRECI, sob a coordena\u00e7\u00e3o do presidente S\u00e9rgio Cabral. \u201cSemanalmente, estamos investindo na constru\u00e7\u00e3o de um conhecimento s\u00f3lido, que pode ser utilizado para qualificar cada vez mais os nossos colegas corretores\u201d, confirmou.<\/p>\n<p>O corretor de im\u00f3veis e empres\u00e1rio Juliano Coutinho ministrou o workshop, apresentando os diferenciais da Makas\u00ed, como cr\u00e9dito para obras iniciadas sem projeto definido, garantia da entrega do im\u00f3vel, financiamento de at\u00e9 80% do valor do im\u00f3vel, gest\u00e3o do financiamento e das medi\u00e7\u00f5es e pagamentos, avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de custo e
