O CRECI-AL promoveu uma palestra sobre a Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa 2.219\/2024, publicada no m\u00eas passado pela Receita Federal do Brasil, que amplia a obrigatoriedade de envio de informa\u00e7\u00f5es ao governo, incluindo movimenta\u00e7\u00f5es com PIX e outras opera\u00e7\u00f5es digitais. Essa medida tamb\u00e9m inclui operadoras de cart\u00f5es de cr\u00e9dito e plataformas de pagamento na obriga\u00e7\u00e3o de reportar informa\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras.<\/p>\n

A palestra foi ministrada por Bruno Cavalcante, especialista em tributa\u00e7\u00e3o, e ocorreu nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (14), no audit\u00f3rio do CRECI. Ele explicou os passos que os corretores de im\u00f3veis devem seguir para evitar multas, cumprindo as novas regras de presta\u00e7\u00e3o de informa\u00e7\u00f5es relativas \u00e0s opera\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras que interessam \u00e0 Receita Federal.<\/p>\n

S\u00e9rgio Cabral, presidente do CRECI-AL, agradeceu a presen\u00e7a de todos e destacou que este foi o primeiro evento de Qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos Corretores em 2025. Al\u00e9m de proporcionar conhecimento sobre a Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa 2.219\/2024, ele acredita que a palestra cumpriu seu prop\u00f3sito: evitar que os corretores arrisquem suas carreiras, regularizem suas declara\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras e\u00a0evitem\u00a0multas.<\/p>\n
