Ministrada pelo superintendente de Habita\u00e7\u00e3o da CAIXA, Manass\u00e9 Jean, o evento lotou o audit\u00f3rio da institui\u00e7\u00e3o dos corretores de im\u00f3veis na manh\u00e3 desta ter\u00e7a-feira (29).<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e9rgio Cabral, presidente do CRECI, fez a abertura do evento e falou sobre a relev\u00e2ncia do tema para que a categoria possa cumprir os requisitos de atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o e adquirir conhecimentos sobre novas formas de cr\u00e9dito habitacional do banco. &#8220;A palestra representou uma qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o em habilidades adaptativas para trabalhar com as \u00faltimas mudan\u00e7as estabelecidas pela Caixa na linha de financiamento de im\u00f3veis.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Ele tamb\u00e9m frisou que a palestra foi uma oportunidade essencial para que os corretores de im\u00f3veis entendam melhor as principais altera\u00e7\u00f5es do mercado imobili\u00e1rio e os ajustes implementados pela Caixa, como, por exemplo, a redu\u00e7\u00e3o da cota de financiamento, limita\u00e7\u00f5es no valor do im\u00f3vel, concess\u00f5es, comprova\u00e7\u00e3o de renda, limite de idade para financiamento e limite de prazo
