presencial do curso de Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o Imobili\u00e1ria, oferecido em parceria com o CRECI-SP na modalidade EaD e totalmente gratuito para corretores de im\u00f3veis.<\/p>\n<p>Sob a supervis\u00e3o dos integrantes do CRECI, o diretor pedag\u00f3gico, Tales Cardoso, e o presidente da Comiss\u00e3o de Avaliadores, M\u00e1rio Torres, a prova foi realizada no audit\u00f3rio da institui\u00e7\u00e3o, onde os postulantes tiveram que demonstrar todo o conhecimento adquirido na 12\u00aa edi\u00e7\u00e3o do Curso de Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o Imobili\u00e1ria.<\/p>\n<p>Os aprovados receber\u00e3o posteriormente o certificado de avaliador de im\u00f3veis e poder\u00e3o se inscrever no CNAI (Cadastro Nacional de Avaliadores Imobili\u00e1rios).<\/p>\n<p>Em breve, o CRECI
