No dia 9 de maio, a diretoria do CRECI Alagoas realizou a entrega de carteiras a 20 novos corretores de im\u00f3veis em Arapiraca, durante uma sess\u00e3o plen\u00e1ria. A cerim\u00f4nia marca o encerramento do processo de inscri\u00e7\u00e3o dos futuros profissionais junto \u00e0 institui\u00e7\u00e3o da categoria.<\/p>\n

Conforme a diretoria do CRECI, a solenidade transcorreu de forma produtiva. A pauta incluiu comunicados e explana\u00e7\u00e3o de colaboradores sobre as principais finalidades dos setores da institui\u00e7\u00e3o, como Fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, Tecnologia e Administra\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

O presidente do CRECI, Sergio Cabral, destacou aos novos profissionais a import\u00e2ncia da miss\u00e3o do Conselho Profissional e ressaltou o crescimento da regi\u00e3o do 0agreste do Estado. Ele acredita que o mercado imobili\u00e1rio arapiraquense encontra-se em constante aquecimento nas vendas de im\u00f3veis em paralelo ao desenvolvimento econ\u00f4mico da regi\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Cabral tamb\u00e9m enfatizou aos novatos que ao receberem a carteira de corretor de im\u00f3veis est\u00e3o assumindo o compromisso p\u00fablico perante o C\u00f3digo Civil, juntamente com a obriga\u00e7\u00e3o de acatar as leis e o C\u00f3digo de \u00c9tica que definem esta atividade profissional.<\/p>\n
