Qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos Corretores, o Creci Alagoas promoveu a palestra &#8220;Desvendando o Imposto de Renda, Reduzindo Tributos e Maximizando Lucros&#8221; com Bruno Cavalcante, especialista em estrat\u00e9gias inteligentes para redu\u00e7\u00e3o de impostos e elabora\u00e7\u00e3o da declara\u00e7\u00e3o de Imposto de Renda.<\/p>\n<p>O diretor do Creci, Tales Cardoso, deu in\u00edcio ao evento e destacou a import\u00e2ncia do CNPJ n\u00e3o apenas para quem deseja abrir uma empresa, mas tamb\u00e9m para os corretores de im\u00f3veis, uma vez que s\u00e3o profissionais aut\u00f4nomos e necessitam do CNPJ para a emiss\u00e3o de notas fiscais dos servi\u00e7os prestados.<\/p>\n<p>Cavalcante, que tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 representante da Contfy, empresa de contabilidade online e conveniada ao Creci,\u00a0abordou as situa\u00e7\u00f5es de risco do Imposto de Renda para pessoa f\u00edsica e ressaltou a import\u00e2ncia da inscri\u00e7\u00e3o como pessoa jur\u00eddica, visando pagar menos tributos dentro da legalidade e minimizar os riscos.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo ele e os corretores presentes, o evento foi satisfat\u00f3rio e proporcionou oportunidades para que os participantes esclarecessem suas d\u00favidas. &#8220;Abordamos de forma incisiva a economia tribut\u00e1ria gerada para pessoa jur\u00eddica com o pagamento m\u00ednimo de impostos, algo que n\u00e3o ocorre para pessoa
