As irregularidades incluem a transa\u00e7\u00e3o de loteamentos sem a documenta\u00e7\u00e3o legal e o an\u00fancio de cons\u00f3rcios de im\u00f3veis como se fossem a venda direta de uma unidade habitacional. S\u00e3o promessas que, embora pare\u00e7am convincentes, est\u00e3o em desacordo com as leis vigentes e escondem riscos s\u00e9rios aos consumidores.<\/p>\n

Para intensificar a apura\u00e7\u00e3o dessas den\u00fancias e coibir pr\u00e1ticas abusivas, como a publicidade enganosa, os representantes do CRECI-AL, Ronaldo J\u00fanior, e do Procon, Tales Mac\u00e1rio, reuniram-se para formalizar uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta na regi\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

No \u00faltimo final de semana, os agentes confirmaram a import\u00e2ncia dessa parceria, destacando que ambas as institui\u00e7\u00f5es contam com equipes qualificadas para conduzir as fiscaliza\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n

Segundo o presidente do CRECI, S\u00e9rgio Cabral, a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m atuar\u00e1 na conscientiza\u00e7\u00e3o da popula\u00e7\u00e3o. O objetivo \u00e9 alertar sobre promessas “f\u00e1ceis” e evitar que consumidores caiam em golpes que podem gerar preju\u00edzos financeiros irrepar\u00e1veis.<\/p>\n
