Prote\u00e7\u00e3o de Dados Pessoais, tem como objetivos proteger os direitos<br \/>fundamentais de liberdade e de privacidade e a livre forma\u00e7\u00e3o da personalidade do cidad\u00e3o.<br \/>Vale ressaltar que a LGPD n\u00e3o tem como fundamento a proibi\u00e7\u00e3o do tratamento de dados, mas sim o encontro entre a seguran\u00e7ae a transpar\u00eancia na utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o das informa\u00e7\u00f5es de pessoas naturais.Assim, a seguir est\u00e3o alguns conceitos importantes previstos na lei:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section 5px 0px;\">Aceitar reclama\u00e7\u00f5es e comunica\u00e7\u00f5es dos titulares, prestar esclarecimentos e adotar provid\u00eancias;<\/li><li style=\"margin: 5px 0px;\">Receber comunica\u00e7\u00f5es da Autoridade Nacional e adotar provid\u00eancias;<\/li><li style=\"margin: 5px 0px;\">Orientar os funcion\u00e1rios e os contratados do Conselho a respeito das pr\u00e1ticas em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 prote\u00e7\u00e3o de dados;<\/li><li style=\"margin: 5px 0px;\">Receber comunica\u00e7\u00e3o de incid\u00eancias de dados no Conselho e adotar provid\u00eancias.<\/li><\/ul><p
